Level walk to nearby Village centre for all your Shopping, Travel or activities requirements only 5 minutes away. Seems there is always some activity going on in the Village green or Water front area."

"Superb accommodation in Paihia. My wife and myself and a another couple of friends have just spent 5 nights at Busby Manor. We were very impressed at the quality of the accommodation staying in a recently refurbished two bedroom apartment - superbly done reflecting the high level of overall quality of the establishment. The location cant be bettered - right on the waterfront - easy walking to the town for restaurants, shops and tourist activities. A hot tub, swimming pool, barbeque facilities all available for use. The office staff are very professional and obliging. This is the place to stay in Paihia."
